$23.12 - $32.66 per hour The Production Supervisor oversees food production to meet safety, nutritional, revenue, expense, and customer satisfaction targets. Responsibilities include staff training, coordinating with leadership, ensuring compliance with regulations, and exemplifying Rush’s mission, vision, and values. Qualifications include: Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food Service Systems, or 5+ years of leadership experience in foodservice. Serv Safe Food Protection Manager Certification and Allergen Certification within 6 months of hire. 2+ years of operations leadership in a fast-paced food environment. Effective communication skills, report compilation, knowledge of budgets, and ability to handle confidential information. Preferred: Executive Chef certification. Abilities required: Ability to exert 25 pounds of effort, lift and carry 40 pounds, and perform various physical tasks. Responsibilities include: Menu development, food safety, quality control, inventory management, hiring, training, and performance management. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Managing department projects, attending meetings, and precepting interns. Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
