Direct all kitchen operations, ensure seamless execution, and maintain the highest standards of food quality. Lead menu planning, implement innovative culinary concepts, and train the team to excel. Maintain rigorous food safety, physical safety, and cost controls. Build strong relationships with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction. What We Offer

Manage daily food production including production planning and controls. Ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality. Manage food costing, controls, and compliance. High expectations for customer service and quality of food. Ability and willingness to develop and train Airmen. Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience - 2 Years Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc. Company & Inclusion
