A locally owned restaurant group is searching for an experienced Upscale Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver elevated yet approachable dining experiences. This role oversees culinary execution, cost controls, and team leadership in a high-volume, quality-focused environment. Responsibilities
Lead kitchen operations for an upscale concept in a high-volume environment Oversee culinary execution, menu development, and quality standards Manage cost controls, budgeting, and inventory management Recruit, develop, and lead diverse culinary teams; foster a positive kitchen culture Collaborate with front-of-house and beverage programs for cohesive guest experiences Support event and private dining execution as needed Benefits and Compensation

Previous Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience Strong skills in team development, cost control, and kitchen operations in an upscale dining environment Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire diverse culinary teams Experience leading a scratch kitchen Preferred Background and Skills
Experience in event and PDR execution Expertise with steaks, chops, seafood, and shareable small plates Ability to align food offerings with craft cocktails and wine programs History of building positive kitchen culture and staff retention
