$70,000.00/yr - $91,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care - Sales and Education Manager: The Sales and Education Manager role is a field management position responsible for driving business, empowering, training and influencing retail sales in our Sephora and Ulta retail locations in Florida. You will also lead all aspects of planning at a strategic level and execute all initiatives and events with the leadership of your Executive Director and/or Senior Manager of Sales/Education. Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets in each account through planned activities and execution aligned with retail store standards. Manage the planning and execution of events that represent Peter Thomas Roth Skincare initiatives and sales priorities to generate volume. Identify visual opportunities within stores and markets to maximize presentation and sales. Research with other Regional Sales and Education Managers on appropriate off-site opportunities for client acquisition and brand awareness to raise sales. Ensure sales potential is reached through collaborative inventory management within stores and the NY office team. Relationship Building
Help create, strengthen, and reinforce relationships with District Leadership, Store Leadership teams, and key sales personnel to drive additional sales and brand opportunities. Build effective relationships with leadership and sales teams in each retail environment. Work with the Executive team to identify best practices across markets and determine additional field team needs (e.g., collateral, reporting, training materials). Identify key influencers within stores/markets to keep Peter Thomas Roth products top of mind for clients/customers. Create and foster productive working relationships within the NY office team and with the Regional Management group. Training
Ensure direct reports conduct compelling trainings that translate into successful product selling and reinforce brand voice and product positioning. Provide a mentoring platform for Sales Consultants to support, guide, and generate ideas for sell-through. Ensure sales teams understand Peter Thomas Roth products and points of difference. Plan and execute trainings in accordance with retailer guidelines, including launch and cluster trainings when possible. Coordinate with the NY corporate team to create customized training to meet account needs. Managing Direct Reports
Identify, recruit, and hire team members with leadership support to meet and exceed sales targets and expand brand presence. Establish clear communication, goals, and expectations with Sales Consultants. Regularly review sales performance, coach, and make personnel changes as necessary by results. Ensure projects assigned by NY are executed well and timely by you and your Sales Consultants. Operational and Process Management
Optimize sales, profitability, and company objectives; monitor payroll spend and identify opportunities to maximize sales opportunities. Plan and verify scheduling in line with account priorities and sales opportunities. Manage budgets for travel and expenses within guidelines. Communicate effectively with internal partners to identify opportunities and needed tools to generate sales. Additional Job Requirements
Ability to work remotely and travel between store locations and markets; travel percentage determined by market needs. May be reassigned based on account growth. Travel up to 75% of the time, including out-of-state travel. Must work from a home office with only one admin day on Mondays; other days in the field. Must be available to work weekends. Proficient in computer applications including e-mail, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to set up and transport collateral (up to 30 pounds) for events and trainings.
