Executive Chef | Fine Dining, Scratch Cooking | Boise, ID We're seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our fine dining concept in Boise, ID. Our upscale restaurant is dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences through scratch cooking and impeccable service.

Base Pay Range $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

Develop and execute menus that showcase fine dining techniques, seasonal ingredients, and artistic presentation

Lead a team of skilled chefs in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment

Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation

Collaborate with local farmers and purveyors to source the finest ingredients

Manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and cost control

Qualifications

4+ years of fine dining experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high‑end restaurant or luxury hotel

Proven track record of creating and executing scratch‑cooked menus with complex dishes and artistic presentation

Expertise in classical cuisine, modern techniques, and flavor pairing

Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to mentor and motivate kitchen staff

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain high standards under pressure
