Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in a fine-dining kitchen Passion for and high-level competence and expertise in Italian cuisine, particularly seafood and coastal flavors Excited to spend 100% of the time on creativity and R&D without major admin responsibilities Proven ability to lead and mentor a culinary team ServSafe certification or equivalent required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Executive Chef Preferred Background
Experience in fine dining, chef driven, authentic Italian restaurants Track record of creating innovative, seasonal menus Strong vendor relationships for sourcing premium ingredients Experience with wine pairing or special event execution Good understanding of food cost control and inventory management Seasonal cooking and regional procurement – artisanal product purveyors
