Overview
Housekeepers at Land O’Lakes, Inc. are responsible for keeping the mill clean, painting, reporting processing leaks, and completing all documentation accurately and timely. The Housekeeper will maintain facility exterior and interior cleanliness and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality, Production, Training and Housekeeping standards. Shift options include 4-hour blocks with minimum 16 hours per week. Shift and pay details: Now offering 4-hour shifts; pay is $19 per hour. Responsibilities
Keep the facility clean inside and outside Paint and report processing leaks Complete documentation accurately and timely Follow verbal and/or written instructions from Leads Required Experience
Basic computer skills Minimum Qualifications
Age: 18 years or older Comprehension: Read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and perform basic math Critical Thinking: Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of approaches Safety: Ensure personal and coworkers’ safety at all times Time Management: Be punctual, reliably complete tasks by deadlines, adapt to changes Coordination: Work well with others to meet team goals and adjust to changes Active Learning: Understand implications of new information for problem-solving Active Listening: Pay attention, understand points, ask questions as appropriate Physical Requirements For Production Positions
Able to lift 50 lbs Frequent movement (walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing/pulling, etc.) Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment Work across temperature zones; may involve cold/hot environments, dust, and chemicals Shift schedules include days, nights, weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime Company and Benefits
