Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (we will assist with licensure).

Compensation
The range is based on the average representative in current markets.
Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th.
Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client\'s sale.
