Position: Outside Sales Representative Industry: Life insurance products Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Additional compensation: Annual Bonus and Commission Note: This range is provided by Coury Insurance Group. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to focus on client interactions with qualified candidates for our life insurance products. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments and present life insurance options to help clients meet their goals. Sales Presentation: Deliver tailored sales presentations to individuals and groups, addressing client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships; conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our offerings effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare reports for management. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies; protect client information and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (licensing assistance provided). Competitive compensation with attractive commission and bonus structure.
