$50,000.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of customer relationships and attainment of Tessco goals by acting as the primary contact for daily customer support interactions Process quotes and orders in an accurate and timely manner Manage pre-sale and post-sale requests and follow-up communication with customers Collaborate effectively with sales reps and cross-functional teams to successfully address customer needs Prepare reports, provide account maintenance, and assist with projects as needed Convert inquiries into orders while promoting Tessco’s value proposition in all customer correspondence Provide an exceptional customer experience on each call or interaction Develop and maintain knowledge of products, solutions, and value-added services Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent documented experience and skills Minimum 2 years of experience in sales account management support Experience in wireless communications, technology, and infrastructure preferred Experience working with Salesforce CRM desired Experience working with SAP ERP desired Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Exceptional written, verbal and listening communication skills Demonstrated customer service skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong desire to collaborate in the support of customer\'s needs Performance-minded and goal driven Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook) Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and manage time efficiently Ability to work without direct supervision as a self-starter Benefits
