Regional Sales Representative: Security & Surveillance Remote position with travel within the region; location preference Syracuse, NY area considered. Compensation

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the region to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Analyze regional market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Address potential problems and propose prompt solutions. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing to ensure proper regional brand representation. Report on regional sales results and forecast future sales. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales goals. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in the security systems industry or a related field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong organizational and analytical abilities. Ability to travel as necessary; capability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience preferred. Benefits and Opportunities

This position may offer incentives based on sales goals; bonuses are discretionary. The ideal candidate will be able to travel within 25 miles of Syracuse, NY; in-office presence is limited to once per month with on-the-road responsibilities the remainder of the time.
