Inside Sales Representative at Crescent Electric Supply Company. Respond to customer inquiries, close profitable sales orders, and process orders received. Review orders to ensure customer needs are met, follow through on delivery commitments, and communicate information to customers and fulfillment staff. Responsibilities
Sell products and services, offer add-on and upsell opportunities that benefit the customer, and suggest alternatives when a requested product is unavailable. Execute sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner that reflects positively on the company and the salesperson. Collaborate with branch personnel to provide competitive quotations. Qualifications
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED). Sales experience preferred and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demands
Often standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping. Occasional sitting, talking/hearing. Use of hands/fingers required. Lifting And Carrying Physical Demands
Continuous lifting and carrying 1-20 lbs. Frequent lifting and carrying 21-50 lbs. Occasional lifting and carrying 51-100 lbs. Buddy-lift or mechanical assistance advised. Total Rewards And Benefits
