Our company has always kept pace with the development of technology since its establishment in 2004. Today, d'strict provides custom‑developed content upon request (Commercial Service), offers clients a license to media art content, and operates our own exhibition venues (Art Service). ARTE MUSEUM is an immersive media art exhibition space presented by d'strict, acclaimed for creating the public media art 'WAVE' at COEX in Korea. Exhibits at the ARTE MUSEUM center around the theme 'ETERNAL NATURE', reinterpreting various elements and spaces in nature as immersive media art. The artworks, brought to life through the fusion of various digital media technologies and visual creativity, capture nature's eternal attributes and realistic presentation, allowing visitors to experience nature unconstrained by time and space. ARTE MUSEUM Las Vegas is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Sales & Events Coordinator to support the continued growth of our sales and event initiatives. This role is instrumental in driving revenue, expanding our customer base, and enhancing guest engagement through the successful planning and execution of special events. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships with businesses, organizations, and vendors—including online travel agencies (OTAs)—to broaden our reach among local, regional, national, and international audiences. Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue sales opportunities that align with business objectives. Conduct market research to assess trends, sales opportunities, competitive positioning, and consumer behavior. Analyze and manage sales data to support reporting and strategy development for upper management. Develop innovative programs and initiatives designed to boost ticket sales and audience engagement. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, ensuring all logistical and operational details are managed efficiently to a high standard. Provide on-site event support, including guest management, vendor coordination, and real-time problem solving to ensure flawless execution. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, System, and other internal teams and departments to ensure events align with brand goals and guest experience expectations. Serve as a key point of contact for event clients, partners, and vendors to foster and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships. Maintain ongoing communication with OTAs to ensure up-to-date information and seamless guest service. Handle guest inquiries and requests related to ticketing, including but not limited to purchases, date changes, and refunds. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2 – 4 years of experience in sales, event coordination, or a related role—preferably within tourism, hospitality, or entertainment sectors. Comfortable working with specific numbers and accurate data; able to analyze sales trends and performance metrics to inform decision making. High level proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including data organization, basic formulas, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to identify upselling opportunities and convert inquiries into sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Capability to comprehend exhibition contents and articulate it effectively. Job Details
