Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Client Account Manager – Exhibitions and Events. The role is based in Las Vegas, NV, but allows for some work from home. The Client Account Manager will handle day‑to‑day client interactions, oversee exhibition and event planning and execution, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors. The role includes developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client needs are met, and delivering exceptional exhibition and event experiences.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships from post‑sales through to the successful execution of exhibitions and events. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering high‑quality event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post‑sale.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Conduct regular check‑ins and status updates with clients throughout the exhibition and event planning process.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, marketing, etc.) to ensure all aspects of the exhibition and events are executed seamlessly.

Develop detailed project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to streamline the execution process.

Event Execution: Oversee the on‑site management of exhibitions and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.

Address any issues or challenges that arise during the execution phase promptly and effectively.

Ensure all event components align with client expectations and brand standards.

Reporting and Feedback: Prepare post‑event reports, including client feedback and performance metrics.

Conduct post‑event evaluations with clients to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.

Utilize feedback to enhance future event planning and execution processes.

Assist the sales team in identifying upsell opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

Participate in pre‑sales meetings as needed to provide insights into client needs and expectations.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance industry knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, or a related field.

5-10 years of experience in account management, must be in the exhibition and event industry.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in event management software and tools.

Compensation 50,000 per year + Incentives

Requires 2-3 trips per month for Exhibitions and Events.
