About The Role As a Sales Lead, you create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. Your leadership is essential to ensure smooth operations, a fabulous store appearance, and motivated, well-trained associates. With your operational knowledge, you can seamlessly step into the Manager role when needed. You will support your team to succeed with guidance from store leaders. Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.

Share your product knowledge to inspire and outfit customers.

Empower teams to exceed customer expectations using the company selling model.

Help store leaders execute daily operational plans.

Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve their performance.

Identify business opportunities in partnership with store leaders to drive results.

Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and balance payroll.

Communicate daily updates with store teams and prioritize tasks.

Assist in onboarding new associates as needed.

Support store priorities by adhering to brand guidelines, operational standards, and asset protection policies.

You’ll bring to the role

1-3 years of retail experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Passion for styling and working with people.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Proficiency with technology and store systems.
