Lease Account Manager at Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth). Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. The Lease Salesperson plans, organizes, and sells the full line of truck leasing services including: long-term full-service lease, contract maintenance, short term rental, service sales and other services offered by interacting with assigned customers and generating new business within the assigned territory. Responsibilities

Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within the territory. Meet sales quotas and monthly sales activity goals; maintain records of activity results in the CRM system. Identify decision makers for prospective customers and assigned accounts; profile trucks and equipment, track next opportunity dates, current services used, and suppliers; record findings in the CRM system. Conduct sales and capabilities presentations, perform needs assessments, facility tours, and vehicle demonstrations. Develop proper equipment specifications by staying current on medium and heavy-duty truck specifications, including legal, performance, and application criteria. Utilize the MHCTL Value Added Sales process to present solutions and obtain signed contracts and/or sales by making all company products and services available to customers and prospects. Create target lists, participate in sales blitzes, and pursue prospective business within the territory. Coordinate with Service and Rental Departments to achieve full product and service offering penetration of assigned and prospective accounts. Stay informed on new products, competitive influences, market and industry trends, and other information to support account management and sales efforts. Work closely with PacLease National Accounts group to identify leads and assist in the sales and closing processes of opportunities within the territory. Meet with assigned accounts at least every three months; advance customer issues to the appropriate authority, generally the Branch Manager. Participate in equipment and sales training; utilize company resources to enhance selling and customer service skills; continuously develop skills to achieve objectives. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effective time management, and strong analytical abilities. Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience or lease/rental sales experience preferred. Broad knowledge of the company’s services, products, and marketing techniques. Have/obtain CDL (commercial driver’s license) within 120 days of employment. College degree preferred. Strong computer skills highly desired. Benefits
