Collaborate with the Channel Sales team to meet revenue targets across assigned markets Represent products to dealers and co-ops, driving sales through on-farm visits Identify new distribution opportunities and build relationships with dealer/co-op partners Ensure dealers have the necessary products and inventory to meet customer demand Independently pursue and close new business opportunities within the territory What is Required (Qualifications)
3 to 5 years of experience in sales or agricultural distribution, with a 4-year degree General knowledge of the agricultural industry, sales practices, and product portfolios Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to develop solutions to moderately complex problems Works under general supervision, with contributions reviewed for accuracy How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
