Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates for life insurance products, focusing on client interactions.

Client Consultation:

Conduct needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and life insurance needs, presenting options to aid informed decisions.

Sales Presentation:

Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring to client concerns and preferences.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, with follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position offerings effectively.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; provide regular reports to management.

Compliance:

Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.

Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (assistance provided in acquiring license).

Compensation

The range is based on the average rep in current markets.

Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly.
