Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage a platform that targets qualified candidates seeking life insurance products to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options. Sales Presentation: Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position offerings effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular management reports. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications

Experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
