As a Brand Associate, you will be crucial in bringing our brand to life for customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to foster brand loyalty, educating customers about products and our loyalty programs, and collaborating with your team to deliver a top-notch omnichannel shopping experience. You will support various store functions, maintain a clean work environment, and handle customer interactions professionally. What You'll Do
Treat all customers and employees with respect, fostering a positive environment. Educate customers about our loyalty programs to promote loyalty. Engage with customers to drive sales through suggestive selling. Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings. Meet personal and store goals to contribute to overall success. Support sales floor activities, including fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house. Maintain a neat, organized work area. Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally. Execute operational processes efficiently. Who You Are
An effective communicator capable of interacting with customers and team members to meet goals. Customer-focused, providing exceptional service both on and off the sales floor. Passionate about retail and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A problem solver committed to continuous improvement, open to feedback, and proactive. Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Proficient with retail technology.
