BCBA Role We’re seeking a skilled BCBA to oversee treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Your expertise will play a key role in achieving measurable behavioral improvements.
BCBA Primary Responsibilities
Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs.
Supervise and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality services.
Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
Partner with caregivers to align therapy goals with family needs.
Ensure thorough documentation of services and outcomes.
BCBA Qualifications
BCBA certification in good standing.
Master’s degree in ABA or a related discipline.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
BCBA Pay Rate:
