Overview The Bilingual Retail Store Manager (RSM) is responsible for the overall sales and operations of the assigned location. Successful RSMs lead their team, drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain operational standards and inventory.

Role Responsibilities

Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in‑store.

Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills by inspiring, engaging, and motivating the team to succeed.

Create a work environment where all employees can excel and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Ensure employees understand and maximize the compensation plan.

Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, and processes.

Train staff on new products and promotions.

Assist Human Resources and Loss Prevention with internal investigations.

Coach and develop store personnel on the sales floor.

Schedule and staff to budgeted hours as assigned.

Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere for customers.

Adhere to back‑office compliance, processes, procedures, reports, documentation, and policies.

Respond to all communications in a timely manner.

Complete required training within the store on time.

Protect assets and protect the store environment.

Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless as required.

Job Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual) is required.

Minimum 2 years proven retail sales management experience.

Minimum 2 years recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.

Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards.

Strong leadership, motivation, and development abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Proficient with a personal computer and wireless equipment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Reliable transportation within 30 minutes of the store location when needed.

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Shift 8‑hour shift – Weekdays and every Saturday
