Position: Manager of Education & Administrative Services
KENTUCKY SOCIETY OF ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVES INC, Whitpain Hills, Pennsylvania, United States
Mechanical and Service Contractors Association of Eastern Pennsylvania (M&SCA) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and independent professional to serve as Manager of Education & Administrative Services. This role combines leadership of educational programming with administrative and member support. The ideal candidate will be innovative, customer-focused, and equally comfortable contributing to strategy and executing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute educational events and training programs. Research speakers, create schedules, manage budgets, coordinate logistics. Support volunteer committees and Board with education initiatives. Manage tuition reimbursement program (approvals, tracking, reporting). Provide administrative support: phones, mail, AMS database, filing. Prepare reports, support marketing (email, website, social media). Provide on-site support for meetings/events. Assist with projects, data entry, and office operations. Qualifications
3–5 years in education program management, training, or event planning. 2–4 years in membership or chapter relations within a trade/professional association. Proven administrative and office management experience. Proficiency in MS Office 365; ability to learn AMS, Constant Contact. Strong communication and writing skills; marketing/promo experience. Excellent customer service, organizational skills, attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Flexibility for early mornings/evenings and travel 3–4 times annually.
