Full Time Salary:

$75,000 - $88,000/year (based on experience) Benefits

Recruit, hire, train, supervise, manage, develop schedules and assure adequate resident care department staffing 24/7 according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards Establish and maintain a medication system which adheres to state, federal, and company laws, regulations, and guidelines; maintain accurate documentation, train resident medication assistants, and communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and responsible parties Work collaboratively with all Peregrine team members, service providers, residents, and their families to ensure the highest quality of care and lifestyle; coordinate and provide therapeutic interventions from move in, through discharge, via developing and educating all care staff on individualized resident service plans Lead the Resident Care Department within budget and according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards; maintain adequate resident care supplies Act as a liaison for all aspects related to resident care within the community as the Director of Resident Care Qualifications

A registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, or licensed vocational nurse licensed to practice as required by state regulations (preferred) Case management experience (preferred) Experience and knowledge in all aspects of senior living, including assisted living, memory care, and enhanced assisted living (preferred) Company Overview
