Overview
The Area Premium Window-Millwork Specialist is a sales and project management expert for high-end window and millwork products. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with Premium and Luxury contractors, and homeowners to drive sales and ensure project specifications are met. They are responsible for the entire project life-cycle, from initial consultation to quoting, ordering, and flooring.

Responsibilities Essential Functions
Help increase store margin % and gross profit on premium windows & doors.
Significantly increase 84’s market share of premium windows & doors.
Strive for the Perfect Order by significantly reducing order entry errors.
Create stronger working relationships with local manufacturing sales reps, building long term trust and lead management.
Take off, quoting, ordering, checking acknowledgments, etc.
Work with all clad brand partners.
Assist with window quotes and sales on large complex commercial jobs (vinyl and clad).
Assist on field inspections for field service techs to identify product service needs when necessary.
Work with Divisional Premium Window Managers, Area Managers and store managers to target new business for 84.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not require any supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
Must be flexible meeting clients / staff / salespeople indoors and outdoors. Jobsite visits and/or office visits occur regularly.
Physical Demands
Ability to meet in offices with Sales Team, Builders, and Architects. Able to meet on jobsites and navigate rough construction site terrain. This position requires frequent sitting, use of hands, talking and listening. Periodically this position walks, stands and reaches. Rarely, this position climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouch or crawl.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work depend on store hours of operations, 45+ hours per week.
Travel
Travel may be required for this position.
Qualifications Competencies
Microsoft 365
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
Required Education and Experience
After starting employment, complete Advance Window & Door Training program levels 1-3.
2+ years of clad (premium) window selling experience.
