$18.00 per hour Location:
Philadelphia, PA 19128 Schedule:
8:30 PM to 4:30 AM Duties & Responsibilities
Be punctual, professional, and maintain a sharp appearance in proper uniform. Perform vehicle patrols in assigned areas to ensure safety. Conduct thorough foot patrols as required. Follow a set patrol route and adhere to the schedule. Keep patrol vehicle clean and well-maintained. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or suspicious activity following protocols. Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and activities. Collaborate with on-site management and emergency services as needed. Basic Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of security experience; related field experience preferred. At least five years of driving experience with no infractions. High School Diploma or GED. Background Requirements
Criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check completion. No felony or misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude. Pass a mandatory drug screen. Skills
Strong observational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure. Physical Requirements
Operate a vehicle for extended periods. Perform physical tasks such as walking and standing during patrols. Benefits
