Provide ongoing psychotherapy services for clients of ACHIEVE Pyschotherapy should be consistent with evidence-based practices, patient-centered, and consistent with client need, involve collaterals, natural supports and community, as appropriate. It should be trauma-informed and medically-necessary to remediate pathology or prevent decompensation As a CCBHC, our clinicians and staff are encouraged to use decision-making, provide services and referrals that are comprehensive, clinically driven, creative, proactive and supportive for the client. Documentation of all psychotherapy, intervention and treatment planning is an essential part of treatment All assessments, treatment plans, etc. must be completed consistent with regulations and clinic policy Benefits
