Hyde Park Restaurant Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our guest operations for our Grand Re-opening in Akron, OH! The Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in managing a team.

Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation.

Guest Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring satisfaction, and loyalty
Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
