Handle high-end jewelry repairs and production, using tools like torches and laser welding machines. Perform alterations and repairs such as chain and ring sizing, reshaping bracelets, necklaces, and rings, and work with all metal types. Assess merchandise quality and condition accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and equipment. Manage shop supplies and continuously improve jewelry skills and processes. Work professionally with team members, communicate issues appropriately, and foster teamwork. Knowledge and Skills Required
Confidence and accuracy in work. Highly organized with good workload management. Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively. Basic English communication skills. Flexibility, strong work ethic, and diligence. Ability to sit for extended periods. Qualifications
High School diploma required. 3-5 years experience working with high-end luxury jewelry preferred. Knowledge of jewelry making, repairs, and working with gold and platinum. Experience with stone setting, polishing, laser welding, rhodium plating, and laser engraving is a plus. Must be meticulous, organized, and able to multitask. Strong verbal and communication skills, with creative problem-solving abilities. Additional Information
