Promote branch operations by providing exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding individual sales and delinquency targets. Your daily duties include servicing existing and potential customers, collecting delinquent accounts, supporting the manager in daily operations, coaching teammates, and handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions based on customer needs. Proactively contact customers with past‑due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency. Maintain a cash drawer, process payments, and deliver daily deposits to specified financial institutions. Achieve consistent results by meeting or exceeding branch sales goals. Assist the Branch Manager by preparing reports and maintaining compliance. Coordinate functions and daily operational issues through communication with the District Manager when the manager is absent. Learn and apply Federal, State, and Local Application Consumer laws to ensure compliant actions. Required Qualifications:

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service or sales position, with two (2) years in Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services, and consistent achievement of KPIs. Supervisory or team lead experience may substitute industry experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar programs. Demonstrated problem‑solving, project leadership, and interpersonal skills in demanding situations. Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or military rank (e.g., E‑4, W1, O1 and above). Additional experience may substitute for degree. Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English. Has, in good standing, applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch. Physical Demands:

Frequent sitting, reaching, operating computer and phone systems, occasional lifting up to twenty (20) pounds, and physical presence in an office. Compensation:
