Associate Supervisor in the Product Analysis Center ,
Redmond, WA . You will lead a team of quality analysts dedicated to investigating product issues and driving improvements in customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and cycle time. In this hybrid role, you will work
onsite four days per week and remotely one day per week , ensuring strong team engagement and operational continuity. What You Will Do
Oversee daily PAC operations, including prioritization, resource allocation, and issue resolution. Recruit, onboard, and manage team members, providing coaching and performance development. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and administer performance appraisals. Identify and facilitate technical training to enhance team capabilities in failure analysis and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, legal, corporate, and HR policies. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment through proper documentation and training. Lead PAC projects and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and monitor KPIs to support timely complaint processing and stakeholder feedback. Manage PAC systems, troubleshoot equipment issues, and drive process improvements. Ensure traceability and documentation of returned products throughout the analysis lifecycle. Provide exceptional customer service and foster collaboration across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Service teams. Support audit readiness and contribute to CAPA and nonconformance investigations. What you need
Associate’s degree with 4+ years of related technical experience or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related technical experience. Preferred
Experience in quality assurance or product analysis within a regulated industry. Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance. $79,500.00 - 123,500.00 USD annual salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
