As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative at The Granite Group you will help commercial customers find the right product for their job. You will help support the branch by answering incoming sales calls and writing sales orders/quotes. You will need to be able to speak comfortably with customers about plumbing/heating/HVAC products and applications. Computer literacy is necessary as it will be one of your most utilized assets in this role. Responsibilities
Assist commercial customers in selecting the right products for their job. Support the branch by answering incoming sales calls and writing sales orders/quotes. Discuss plumbing/heating/HVAC products and applications with customers. Utilize computer systems as a key asset in daily tasks. Collaborate with the branch sales team, including other reps, counter sales associates, and the branch manager. brainstorm with customers and propose project solutions as needed. Aim to become the go-to resource for our customers’ success. Qualifications
Experience in the field and a good understanding of industry product lines. Ability to communicate with customers about products and applications. Strong computer literacy. Team player with enthusiasm, courtesy, and articulation. Benefits
