Inside Sales Representative – The Granite Group
Apply to join The Granite Group’s Inside Sales team. You’ll help customers find the right product for their job.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support the branch by answering incoming sales calls, welcoming customers, writing sales orders/quotes, picking orders, putting stock away, and performing other general branch duties. You must be comfortable speaking with customers about plumbing, heating, HVAC products and applications, and computer literacy is essential.
Responsibilities

Write sales orders/quotes.
Pick and put stock away.
Perform other general branch duties.
Qualifications
Experience in the field with a good understanding of industry product lines.
Ability to converse with customers about plumbing, heating, HVAC products and applications.
Strong computer literacy.
Excellent communication, enthusiasm, courtesy, and articulation.
