Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to assist our sales team with administrative support, client communications and onboarding, reporting, and event coordination. This role ensures the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently, helping the team stay focused on selling and delivering an excellent client experience. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Sales Support Attend and participate in weekly and quarterly sales meetings.

Assist with the preparation and editing of quotes, change orders, and simple proposals.

Perform basic project takeoffs and assist in gathering project information for the sales team.

Maintain and update internal sales trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting documents.

Review upcoming appointments and opportunities to ensure alignment with target client profiles.

Track and update key sales metrics for team visibility and accountability.

Client Communication Prep Draft and prepare client onboarding documents, welcome letters, and project update templates.

Ensure all necessary documents, designs, and notes are organized and accessible for the sales and production teams.

Help assemble and send client gifts and welcome materials.

Provide general support for improving the client onboarding and communication process.

Team Coordination Schedule internal and vendor-led sales training sessions.

Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, or industry functions (including planning meetings, materials, and setup).

Attend events and support the sales team as needed.

Systems & Process Support Assist with the implementation and use of CRM tools to improve team tracking and performance.

Help train team members on new tools or systems.

Review open tasks, issues, or client needs and ensure timely follow-up from the sales team.

Design & Document Assistance Make minor revisions to visual documents or designs when needed.

Support document organization and version control across platforms.

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially spreadsheets and documents).

Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new software.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
