Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs providing guidance and support to members regarding selfservice technology assisting members with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving member issues and concerns and promoting the company's products and services What you'll do

Assists with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction on member service approaches and techniques, ensuring member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines, and supporting open communication policies. Participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and completes required documentation following company policies and procedures. Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety checks, forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials according to standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Ensures maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, zones areas, stocks, organizes merchandise, and sets up displays while pricing and signing merchandise as required. Identifies shrink and damages and secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Monitors product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards, and ensures proper stocking and cleaning across departments. Oversees club pick up order picking and staging, ensuring products are selected and staged according to policy and procedures. Develops and communicates processes and practices to meet business needs, analyzes information from multiple sources, monitors progress, and identifies improvement opportunities. Demonstrates and enforces compliance with policies, procedures, and ethics, and supports open door policy while assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues. Leads and participates in teams, coordinates work, provides feedback, and models adapting to change or new challenges while considering customer needs and business priorities.
