Position Summary We are seeking a confident and persistent Telemarketing / Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our team and help generate new business opportunities. The primary responsibility will be to make
100+ outbound calls per day
to prospective clients, introduce our staffing services, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make
100+ outbound cold calls daily
to potential business clients in various industries
Engage prospects with a professional and compelling pitch
Clearly communicate the benefits of our staffing services
Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on company needs
Set up appointments or call-backs for senior sales representatives
Maintain accurate records in CRM/database of all calls, leads, and follow-ups
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion quotas
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach efforts
Requirements
1+ year of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or inside sales preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Goal-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus
