JR10028**Sr. Inside Sales Specialist**Exciting opportunity to join the CW-ESCO aftermarket / spares sales team responsible for leading proposal efforts for our Aircraft Arresting System product line in-service throughout the world. You will have a great opportunity to join a growing business unit for a proven emergency solution utilized by Air Forces across the world.ESCO offers a 4/40 work schedule (M – Thu) along with normal option of 5/40 schedule (M – Fri). I**Your Challenge*** Primary customer facing role for spare orders from initial RFQ phase through order entry, execution, delivery and project closure* Interface with Sales and Account managers to determine spares market pricing strategy in both competitive and non-competitive environments* Direct customer-facing position with international customers including Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East* Interface with Operations and Logistics team to monitor orders during procurement, assembly/build and delivery to the customer* Manage multiple international and domestic customer accounts**What You Bring*** Bachelor's Degree is preferred* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role* Experience with ERP systems (Syteline would be preferred)* Experience with US government contracts and sales would be beneficial* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management or data analysis tools is a plus* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment* Must be a US Citizen**Who We Are**Curtiss-Wright Arresting Systems / ESCO, a business unit of Curtiss-Wright's EMS Division, is a world leader in emergency arresting systems for military aircraft.
