Job Summary At Keystone Advisors, we’re building a powerhouse team of licensed telesales professionals to lead the way in the fast-growing under-65 health insurance market. If you’re hungry to succeed and ready to help clients, find the right coverage.

As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for promoting a diverse portfolio of ACA and Non-ACA products including short-term medical, indemnity, dental, vision, critical illness, and healthshare plans backed by the full support of the Keystone Advisors network.

Qualifications/Requirements

Active - Life and Health Insurance Licenses (MUST HAVE)

Minimum of 1 year ACA or Non-ACA sales experience (Short term medical, Indemnity, dental, vision, critical illness and health share).

Previous call center Telesales experience. Sales experience in Medicare Supplement or Medicare products a plus

Strong knowledge in CRM systems and Microsoft suite products. Previous experience with Salesforce, Health sherpa, and Slack preferred

Clear employer and State required background check to obtain and maintain license

Self-motivated; upbeat attitude with high energy level

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills

Empathy and patience

Ability to multi-task

Passion to succeed, with a competitive spirit

Duties & Responsibilities

Answer inbound sales calls from customers interested in learning about our ACA & Non ACA Health products and services

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads

Discuss and assist customer needs, matching them with the most suitable plan and promotion

Promote company products on each call

Handle calls professionally, meeting company regulatory and compliance standards

Accurately document interaction details

Meet key performance indicators (sales calls, sales process, call quality, and product selection)

Stay educated on corporate initiatives, market changes, and process changes

Other duties as assigned
