Complete Technology Services is looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team!
Complete Technology Services (CTS) is a managed service provider supporting the technology needs of businesses.
The Sales Manager is accountable for leading, managing, and holding a team of Account Executives responsible for generating new monthly recurring revenue (MRR). This role ensures the sales process is executed with discipline, the pipeline is healthy, and performance is consistently tracked, measured, and achieved. In addition to managing the team, the Sales Manager actively supports Account Executives in closing business to hit growth targets.
Position Overview
Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of Account Executives
Hold team accountable for sales activity, pipeline and quota achievement
Relentlessly prospect and drive leads through the sales funnel to close
Execute the CTS Proven Process to achieve MRR sales targets
Participate in opportunities to develop Account Executives to close new clients
Drive accountability for activity levels that support new MRR goals
Provide weekly, data-driven reports and insights into the VP of Sales

Qualifications
Experience in selling B2B products, services, or software
Deep familiarity with structured sales processes and modern selling strategies
Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects
Strong track record in coaching salespeople to exceed quotas
Proven experience in CRM systems and pipeline management
Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager
