DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is seeking a dynamic team member to join us in our mission to save lives through organ donation. We are looking for an
LMS Administrator / Training Designer
to develop and coordinate our education programs. This is a hybrid office/remote position.
Company Overview and Mission For over four decades, DCI Donor Services has led efforts to end the transplant waiting list, facilitating nationwide organ donation and transplantation while maintaining close community ties.
Responsibilities
Assess training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain training courses and materials.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
Use instructional tools such as Articulate Storyline and Traincaster.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, ensuring engaging learning environments.
Manage the LMS system and maintain training records.
Evaluate training effectiveness and assist in new employee orientation and ongoing education programs.
Maintain accurate and confidential education records.
Conduct needs assessments and develop education forums and modules.
Partner with HR and Quality to manage mandatory training records and reports.
Report on staff development activities and collaborate with leadership on training initiatives.
Maintain the training calendar and travel to locations as needed.
Support and embody DCIDS core values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
4-6 years of experience developing training content in various formats.
Knowledge of medical and legal principles related to organ donation.
Experience with instructional design and LMS management.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR requirements.
