Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to meet and exceed targets for lead generation and appointment setting. Design and implement sales processes, call scripts, cadences, and outreach strategies that align with JanBask’s IT service offerings (Salesforce consulting, cloud solutions, app development, etc.). Monitor daily activities, call performance, and CRM hygiene to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads to the business development team. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with outreach efforts and maximize inbound lead conversion. Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify areas of improvement and present performance reports to senior leadership. Continuously coach team members on product knowledge, objection handling, consultative selling, and pipeline development. Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, client challenges, and competitors to help refine messaging and outreach. Position Requirements:
4+ years of experience in inside sales or sales management, preferably within IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology environments. Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and metrics tracking. Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus. Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into strategy and action. Knowledge of IT services, such as CRM consulting, digital transformation, web or app development, or cloud migration, is highly desirable.
