Senior Hydraulic Modeler

to join our team as a

Senior Project Manager

to lead and inspire a talented group of professionals. This is a hybrid position that will be part of our

Dublin, Ohio

office, but has the flexibility to work from any of our Ohio offices. As a

Senior Hydraulic Modeler , you will support project teams in executing and pursuing projects within the local and regional water, wastewater, and stormwater markets. You will also participate in local professional groups to help grow our practice. Responsibilities

Manage diverse, fast-paced projects involving multidisciplinary teams in multiple office locations Develop and maintain client relationships as primary or secondary client contact for projects Lead in the development of strategy, scope of work, and budget for projects and lead presentations as part of client interviews/selection Perform engineering activities for stormwater and wastewater collection system modeling, evaluations, investigations, planning, feasibility studies, design, and construction Lead the team with an entrepreneurial spirit by presenting at industry conferences and building professional relationships with permitting authorities Lead safety culture within the project team, including following safety protocols for all projects Actively manage project metrics, WIP, AR and risk Supervise and provide work assignments to the project team Prepare, provide technical input, and/or review technical plans and reports Maintain overall project quality consistent with company and professional standards Plan and execute work tasks, and oversee tasks of team members, to meet project deadlines Mentor staff in required technical skills Communicate effectively and proactively with management, peers, and clients Possess detailed knowledge of regulations in the area of practice Motivate and encourage others and help the team achieve success Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited four-year college or university 10+ years of experience in civil engineering and consulting, with 5+ years managing diverse projects Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio Extensive experience with PCSWMM, SewerGEMS required, and HEC-RAS preferred Experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for evaluations, investigations, planning, feasibility studies, and modeling of stormwater and wastewater collection systems Ability to manage tasks and projects, train, and delegate workflow to other employees Capability to lead model build and calibration efforts, including parameterization, hydrograph disaggregation, diagnosing flow conditions, understanding scatterplots, developing model loadings and catchments, meeting calibration standards, producing calibration plots, and managing model risks Salary Range

$110,000 to $140,000 Benefits
