Supervisor - Putting Young Kentuckians First (PYKF) Initiative

Lexington, KY Role Overview:
Supervise 5 Youth TDS across 17 counties while managing your own caseload, ensuring that every action and decision prioritizes the growth, success, and well-being of Kentucky's youth under the
Putting Young Kentuckians First (PYKF) Initiative . PYKF is dedicated to providing opportunities, resources, and mentorship that empower young people to reach their full potential in education, careers, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead the PYKF team to meet all performance requirements and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Explain and interpret regulations, policies, and procedures for staff. Provide daily supervision of assigned case managers, including workload management, schedules, and performance oversight. Resolve operational issues and determine appropriate solutions. Monitor casework to ensure thorough documentation; maintain your own caseload while overseeing 5 PYKF TDS casework/load. Provide guidance and support for challenging or unusual assignments. Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting on demographics, outcomes, and program metrics. Support quality assurance and professional growth of assigned case managers. Facilitate staff meetings and coordinate training to ensure effective implementation of project activities. Complete monthly coordinator reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. Monitor and maintain program and participant data, including training, exit rates, positive outcomes, employment, full-time job placement, and overall program metrics. Formulate and implement outreach activities to recruit students for the PYKF program, collaborating with school counselors and stakeholders to identify participants. Support PYKF TDS in providing case management services, guidance, and referrals to community partners, ensuring students remain in high school and meet program requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Services field preferred or equivalent skills and experience. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Driver's License with Good Driving Record and valid automobile insurance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources One to three years' experience in workforce development or related programs preferred All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
