Administrative / Food Pantry Assistant – Area Resource Center Location:
Concord Area Resource Center Hours:
25 hours/week Salary:
$19.29/hour Responsibilities
Greeting and screening all visitors, answering and directing telephone calls, and helping eligible clients with their food pantry visit. Answering telephone inquiries, determining needs, and making appropriate referrals to Agency programs. Greeting and referring visitors or callers to appropriate staff and/or Agency programs. Assisting eligible clients with their food pantry visit. Unloading USDA food shipments as needed, stocking and organizing the food pantry. Filing and completing general office duties as well as other tasks assigned by the Area Center Site Coordinator. Your role will directly contribute to a positive participant experience and to the overall operation of the Area Resource Center. Qualifications
One year of prior office or customer service experience. Customer service skills and the ability to work with the public. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Computer skills using Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel. Ready to Apply?
