$55,000 per year Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with possible shift work and on-call requirements. Duties & Responsibilities: Be punctual, professional, engaged, and consistent. Ensure proper scheduling and staffing using Celayix software and communication with personnel. Supervise security operations, personnel, and assets, minimizing overtime. Conduct field inspections and evaluate security performance. Report key performance indicators bi-weekly to leadership. Ensure staffing adequacy and proper equipment for all posts. Participate in recruitment efforts and stay informed on staffing pipelines. Make recommendations on security operations to management. Prepare reports, evaluate procedures, and resolve client issues. Approve incident reports and monitor call systems to resolve issues. Supervise security personnel and conduct performance audits. Overcome operational obstacles and conduct investigations as needed. Ensure all officers attend mandatory training and liaise with law enforcement agencies. Manage personnel actions and interpret policies. Basic Qualifications: 10 years of technical experience or 7 years of Law Enforcement/Military experience. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role. Valid PA Act 235 Certification and PA Concealed Carry Permit. Own firearm and pass qualification course. Meet state background and licensing requirements. Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field. Work Environment: Diverse environments depending on situational demands. Operate computers and equipment, lift objects up to 200 pounds, and perform physical activities. Work beyond normal hours as required. Required Functions: Lifting, running, climbing, reacting quickly, firing weapons, performing CPR, and using impact weapons.
