At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred 12 Child Development units completed; Infant and Toddler Development class required if applying for an Infant or Toddler position Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) Transcripts required at time of hire AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred Salary and Benefits
Hourly rate: $25.75 - $31.45 per hour (pay may vary by experience, education, certifications, geography, and other factors) Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); life insurance; disability insurance; career development opportunities and free college degrees through the Horizons CDA & Degree Program; Employee Referral Bonus Physical Requirements
This position requires compliance with immunizations, employment physicals/screening, and health and safety training. The role is in-person at an early education/preschool child care center, delivering supervision, care, curriculum, and services in accordance with Bright Horizons’ policies and applicable laws. Notes
