CR of Maryland is hiring a full-time,Real Estate Inside Sales Representativeto help homeowners sell their houses quickly and simply. You’ll speak with property owners who have already expressed interest in a cash offer and help guide them through the process. This is afully remote, phone-based role withleads provided daily, no cold calling required, and a clear opportunity to earn $70,000 to $100,000 or more. We’ve purchased over 1,600 homes and operate one of the most established home-buying companies in Maryland. If you're confident on the phone, well-organized, and motivated by results, this is a chance to grow with a proven team and real structure. Responsibilities Make daily calls to warm homeowner leads Ask strong discovery questions to uncover motivation and property condition Log conversations and notes in our CRM with attention to detail Follow up regularly with leads through calls, texts, and emails Work closely with the acquisitions team to guide offers and deals Attend weekly Zoom-based sales trainings and one-on-ones Manage your pipeline and stay accountable to weekly KPIs Qualifications
