Senior Specialist Sales Force Effectiveness

(SFE) will build strong partnerships with all levels of sales to understand commercial needs, translate into value-driven solutions, and lead the implementation of these solutions to align with global strategy and commercial growth. This role reports to the

Commercial Excellence Manager, USWP , in Toxicology Division, and is part of a rockstar team. What you’ll work on includes improving processes for sales teams and partners, evaluating and streamlining commercial processes, supporting change management and training, providing analytics and insights, and supporting market and data-driven decision making. Responsibilities

Improve processes that help sales teams and partners. Evaluate commercial processes and identify areas to streamline or automate. Challenge current processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with global processes and KPIs. Support change management and implementation of solutions, including training and effective communications (the “why”). Support Commercial Teams with analytics and insights. Develop a deep understanding of business vertical sales data and connect data across sources. Support the commercial team with sales funnel and forecast projections. Own segmentation and targeting processes: run HCP/Customers panel analyses based on targets and data. Understand drivers of results and collaborate with sales teams to interpret data trends and opportunities for improvement. Analyze market, competitors, and causals for performance by rep and by sales manager. Understand PowerBI metrics and how SFDC contributes to the data story; determine when to build in SFDC vs Power BI. Conduct monthly fieldwork with reps to understand territory management and KPIs (performance, strategy execution, market share/growth, panel analysis). Maximize benefits of the Commercial Tech Stack and act as Salesforce.com SME, supporting day-to-day CRM needs. Create and publish dashboards and reports with actionable insights by manager and by rep. Document current state vs future state and requirements (via JIRA). Test the solution, train end users, and measure adoption; reinforce as needed. Ensure data integrity in SFDC and support marketing and sales teams through administrative efforts within Allego. Sales Operations and Commission Administration; understand sales strategy for the assigned business. Lead territory modeling and ensure systems are updated; manage the sales performance process with data verification and loading to systems. Communicate timely and accurate commissions to reps with supporting reports. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in similar roles. Ability to analyze and translate complex processes or data into actionable insights. Proven success in turning Sales Force Effectiveness insights into measurable improvements in sales force productivity and growth. Proficiency in CRM systems with ability to develop new functionalities; Salesforce Admin Certification a plus. Technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced) and visual analytics tools (Power BI – intermediate). Ability to work on multiple initiatives with short and overlapping deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse team. Self-motivated and proactive with initiative to deliver results. Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading successful commercial process improvement initiatives. Drug testing or laboratory knowledge is a plus but not required. Autonomous worker with strong accountability; ability to work in a regulated quality system environment. Apply
