Overview HOT JOB IN WINSTON-SALEM, NC, COLLEGVILLE, PA, OR DALLAS, TX. Inside Sales Rep with Telecommunications Experience. Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr. Commission available (average annually is $10k).

Job Profile The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling telecommunications equipment and services to the Company's “Territory Customer base”. The ISR plays a vital role in developing new customers and diversifying existing business with consistent contact and proactive communication. The sales executive builds relationships with customers and prospects, manages their accounts, and processes their transactions.

Responsibilities

Proactively sell and promote Netceed products and services into defined account base territory.

Spend considerable time on the phone and/or email with customers. Must have a good blend of proactive contact as well as handling inbound activity.

Provide all levels of customer service, before, during and after the order cycle by acting as the company liaison between the customer and all departments within the Company.

100% attainment of all targets for calls per day, documented sales call activity, opportunities and all other metrics established for Inside Sales.

Develop Existing and New Customer Base

Service the customer’s needs and proactively add-on sell to them.

Develop and execute a sale and contact strategy to effectively penetrate customer territory base and target sales opportunities.

Produce Sales Results

Achieve sales and gross profit accumulation goals for an assigned set of accounts or assigned territory through telephone and email communications with the customer.

Create deals with customers for the sale of strategic material.

Provide pricing and availability on quotes for orders and contracts.

Achieve a minimum monthly attainment of sales revenue and gross profit dollar quotas.

Proactively follow up on all quotes to determine status and respond to any additional customer needs.

Create Programs for accounts.

Market new products and establish stocking programs/contracts.

Maintain up-to-date customer account lists categorized for profit potential.

Utilize Company Tools, and Systems

Responsible for accurately reporting and documenting all contact activity into CAT and the quote module.

Forecast near long term order opportunities.

Consistently utilize Customer Activity Tool (CAT) to track customer contacts, activity, and opportunities.

Consistently utilize Insight to create sales quotes, place orders, resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Communicate with Internal/External Contacts

Partner with assigned field sales representative to effectively manage and grow the most valuable customers. Grow the relationship by expanding the contact base within the account, presenting additional product and vendor lines, and creating a partnership between the Company and the account.

Forecast near long term order opportunities.

Proactively contact and strategize with our Vendor Reps. to enhance your working relationship with them and to grow the customer base with their products.

Learn about new products, applications and selling techniques.

Consistent commitment to stay abreast of product changes, product applications and a commitment to constantly improve selling skills.

Requirements/Key Experiences

College Degree, or equivalent job-related work experience acquiring and retaining accounts/customers.

Ability to Interface with Internal and External Customers.

Ability to interface with Suppliers, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering concerning pricing, availability, and sourcing issues.

Basic understanding of sales skills and sales process; excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Strong computer skills, specifically including Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel; CRM or ERP experience desired

Strong organizational skills and capability of managing multiple tasks.

Knowledge of SAGE implementation system desirable
