Overview

Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling telecommunications equipment and services to the Company\u2019s Territory Customer base. The ISR plays a vital role in developing new customers and diversifying existing business with consistent contact and proactive communication. The sales executive builds relationships with customers and prospects, manages accounts, and processes transactions. Responsibilities

Proactively sell and promote Netceed products and services into defined account base territory. Spend significant time on the phone and/or email with customers; balance proactive contact with handling inbound activity. Provide all levels of customer service before, during and after the order cycle by acting as the liaison between the customer and all company departments. Achieve 100% attainment of targets for calls per day, documented sales activity, opportunities and other metrics. Develop existing and new customer base; service customer needs and proactively upsell. Develop and execute a sales and contact strategy to penetrate customer territory and opportunities. Produce sales results and achieve sales and gross profit goals for assigned accounts or territory through telephone and email communications. Create deals with customers for strategic material and provide pricing and availability on quotes. Maintain up-to-date customer account lists categorized by profit potential. Utilize company tools and systems; report and document all contact activity; forecast near-term order opportunities. Consistently use Customer Activity Tool (CAT) and Insight to track activity, create quotes, place orders, and resolve inquiries. Communicate with internal/external contacts; partner with field sales to grow valuable customers and expand product/vendor lines. Stay informed about product changes and selling techniques; continuously improve selling skills. Qualifications / Requirements

College degree or equivalent job-related experience in acquiring and retaining accounts/customers. Ability to interface with internal and external customers, suppliers, purchasing, marketing, sales, and engineering regarding pricing, availability, and sourcing. Strong spoken and written communication and basic sales skills; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; CRM or ERP experience desired. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks; knowledge of SAGE desirable. Compensation and Location

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr Locations: Winston-Salem, NC; Collegeville, PA; Dallas, TX How to apply
